Which beverage-related hook up can best stand up against the test of time? That remains to be seen, but promoting peace on earth and collaborating with other local institutions is a union we here at RoosRoast have always believed in and trusted. We have two events coming up in the near future in which the collaborative wedding bells ring true.
The first is the release of the Barista coffee lager made by the fine folks at Wolverine State Brewing Company. Those genius brewerz have put together an irresistible brew using RoosRoast’s single origin Colombian from the Santa Barbara Estate. You’ve all been raving about the long pull Colombian here in the shop… now join us at Wolverine on Thursday, January 31 for the next step! 7:00 sharp, and don’t stand us up. This isn’t prom.
Our second big collaboration is an outdoor, late afternoon singles party at Pinckney State Recreation Area as part of the statewide “Mitten Mixers” initiative. We are working with the Michigan DNR to put on a coffee tasting alongside hiking in the beautiful recreation area, bonfire cuddling, and general mixer fun. We’ll be spitting more details on this event as it gets closer, but for now you can mark your calendars for Saturday, February 23, from 4:30 ’til sunset. We guarantee you’ll be feelin’ that Lobster Butter Love
