When you move on in life - Monday, February 18th

Some times when you move on in life and/or your career it’s possible to lose touch with your identity?

Last week I turned the page and racked up another life experience. Let me tell you being a car sales man in Ann Arbor is right up there with owning a creperie on the French Riviera, or working at a vegan restaurant on Maui you just meet really interesting people!

I packed up my beloved office at Dunning Subaru, put it in the back of my Red 1991 Loyale wagon and went and roast some coffee. I guess it’s not such a big deal when you have a small coffee roasting operation which carters to an ever growing population loyal Internet clients and local Ann Arbor appeal.

AFTER 3 YEARS OF BEING THE TOP SALES PERSON AT DUNNING SUBARU AND ROASTING COFFEE EVERYDAY IM REWARDEING MY EFFORTS WITH A TEN DAY VACATION: STAY TUNED FOR VACATION POSTS AND (DE ICE THE WINGS PLEASE) THEREFORE:

THE ROOS ROAST STORE WILL BE CLOSED FROM 2/18/08 TO 2/28/08 AND REOPEN ON 2/29/08.

I have to let everyone one know that I tasted the Highly praised Clover coffee brewing system at Great Lakes Roasting Company with Todd Wickstrom, Joe and their roaster James. Great place, great coffee. I'm excited to post these photos. Let it be known that after tasting the Clover I didn't feel like I had to go back to the drawing board. It actually got me really excited about what I know I'm doing!

Up coming event’s: The next coffee class is going to be held at the Chelsea Gallery in Chelsea Michigan: Please take note that this coffee class will be offered at half the price of the usual classes. No, this is nothing to do with George’s Economic Stimulus Package were simply offering the class at half price in Chelsea in order to get people out to enjoy Call Chelsea Gallery or e-mail Gray to reserve a spot.

Remember roads don’t make pot holes cars do! Drive soft!
