A Sunday morning salon where students learn where coffee comes from, how it's processed, aged, roast, ground and brewed. Learn about the transformation from cherry to roasted bean. Smell the smell of beans roasting. Then we'll go over the secrets to storing, brewing and tasting coffee for maximum thrill. Price per person, includes half a pound of coffee, all you can drink coffee and a homemade macadamia nut muffin. Call for more details.
