When I lived in France, weekends were spent in a small dirt floor cabin in the mountains beyond St. Cézaire, up the road from a small village called Fox De Perole. It was completely off the beaten path, isolated right up against some soaring granite mountains. That is until some people put up an unnecessarily huge house right behind us. In the mornings while sipping coffee, taking in the priceless view, we would joke that those people also probably had better brew than we did.
Not any more Monty, because this coffee is special! I roast it twice, cooling the beans between the roasts in order to preserve the core flavors of the beans. This coffee takes you on a mental voyage to Provence, believe me.
