Thanks to careful handpicking and hand-sorting of the ripest Red Bourbon cherries, rigorous steps for maintaining temperature and moisture levels, and a unique double fermentation process this coffee exudes flavor. Along with the strong berry notes, there are interesting flavors of kombucha and mulled wine. All with a silky mouth-feel. Making a very enjoyable cup.

The talent behind this coffee are four leading female producers from Planadas, Tolima, all exceptional in their craft, all fourth generation coffee growers. Working closely with their families, they have kept the coffee-growing tradition alive to this day. Not only have they kept the tradition alive, but they have improved their practices by implementing sustainable farming, such as water treatment plants and organic fertilizers.
