COFFEE GEEK BACKGROUND STUFF:

A fine Colombian and I am talking about coffee. We are really liking this coffee right now. Amazing as a long pull or a shot of espresso. Grind it slightly finer then normal for a slower flow rate. Tons of body here and sweetness. The caffeine content is way up there on this smaller bean roast just out of first crack.  We purchased 10 bags of this coffee which is all this small family farm produces so this is one of a kind and all our own.
