Coffee Cherry Tea? Yes! This tea is literally the cherry fruit that surrounds the coffee beans. It is rich in acidity and texture, it is sweet and tart with a cranberry, hibiscus flavor and we love it.
Fun note: Selling these cherries is a great way for the farmers to make extra money. Before now these cherries were considered waste and were thrown away. Shame, cause they taste delicious!!
