Those of you who speak 'Oromo' already know that 'Hunda Oli' means 'above all' or 'the greatest'. This cooperative is part of an elite group of Technoserve-supported coops in Western Ethiopia Jimma Zone. Their washing station sits at 2,038 MASL (6,686ft), and this is lower still than the farms which deliver to it.While Hunda Oli certainly has the elevation to produce world-class coffee, you don't often see such a meteoric rise to the top of the quality spectrum. This coop was established just four years ago, in 2012.Chairman Mustefa Abakeno pushes best practices through a well-run cooperative! It's fully washed coffee and not your typical Ethiopian - you gotta try this!!

Tastes Like"Juicy, complex, and something like marzipan here.""This relatively new co-op is doing great things!"
